Delfi Limited Annual General Meeting on 29 April 2025 - Delfi Limited (“Delfi”) will conduct this year’s Annual General Meeting
   (“AGM” or the “Meeting”) in person at the Singapore Marriott Tang Plaza Hotel on Tuesday, 29 April 2025 at 10:00 a.m. (for more information

   There will be no option for shareholders to participate virtually.

   For members wishing to submit substantial and relevant questions prior to the AGM, they must be submitted no later than 10:00 a.m.
   on 21 April 2025 through email to delfi.agm@delfilimited.com. Please refer to the Notice of AGM for further details.
